Introduction

The segment control valve has simple structure and convenient disassembly. It has small opening and closing torque, high reliability and long service life. The valve adopts a high platform structure and conforms to the ISO5211 connection standard, which can ensure two-way sealing, two-way pressure bearing, automatic compensation and self-cleaning functions. The fireproof and anti-static structure conforms to API607, GB/T6899 and other standards. It is suitable for suspensions and viscous media of fibers and tiny particles.

Features

The segment control valve features a one-piece body design that provides greater rigidity against fluctuating pipe loads. At its core is a specially designed V-notch ball that provides strong cutting stress and a tight seal. The ball surface treatment of the valve can be treated with hard chromium, nitriding and HCOF to improve hardness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature performance.
