Furniture Care & Maintenance

We recommend the following care for best results:

Cover furniture with outdoor weather covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather or when not in use.

Make sure furniture is completely dry before covering.

Store cushions separately from furniture to prevent possible transfer of moisture. We have different sizes of cushion boxes available for your choice. 

Wipe spills with a clean dry cloth.

Wash ash frame with a mild solution of soap and water; rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.

Avoid the use of the harsh cleaners and abrasives.

Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1*20GP container in total and each item order qty no less than 5. But for 40HQ container, 8 different models are allowed to mix.

Q2: What is the warranty policy?
A: We offer 3 years warranty on our products, while the warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications and unreasonable conditions or abusive use. 

Q3: What’s your payment term? 
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit in advance and the balance 70% upon copy of B/L after container loading.

Q4: Could I take some samples from you? How about the sample charges? 
A: Yes, samples are available. The sample cost is double of the unit price. But we will refund the extra sampling cost once you place the container base order.
